ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembler for a York, PA area position. The role supports the manufacturing department with production and quality assurance tasks, requiring careful attention to detail and reliable attendance.

You will assemble subassemblies, test for functionality, and ensure proper labeling and packing of products in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in assembly, reads work instructions well, and follows ESD safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an assembly manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical documents.
• Proficiency in the proper use of hand tools and understanding of ESD safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain reliable attendance.
