Job summary

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating all equipment in the department.
• Assembling and disassembling equipment.
• Practicing GMPs to ensure food-safe products are manufactured.
• Gathering, prepping, and weighing raw materials.
• Calculating daily production needs and forecasting raw material inventory.
• Providing timely communication to other support areas about production needs.
• Completing all required paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

• practicing strict sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure food safe products are being manufactured
• gathering, prepping, and weighing raw materials
• calculating daily production needs
• forecasting inventory of raw materials
• providing timely and accurate communication to other support areas concerning production needs
• accurately completing all paperwork required by the position and
• other duties as assigned.
