Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees on the production floor to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor production processes, equipment operation, and workflow to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize efficiency.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to employees, set production targets, and track progress to meet production goals.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Conduct first-piece quality inspections on all production projects.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to employees.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and morale.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols.
• Investigate accidents or near misses and implement corrective actions.
