Job summary

Cleaveland/Price Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the manufacturing team and optimize operations in our facility. You will monitor throughput, ensure product quality, and enforce safety and ISO/OSHA policies across departments.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of manufacturing experience with 1–2 years in a leadership role and a proven ability to train, coach, and cross-train staff while maintaining production schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise multiple departments and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and motivates production output and product quality.
• Ensures production processes adhere to ISO and OSHA requirements.
• Develops and implements operating strategies and department goals.
• Trains and develops teammates and conducts performance evaluations.
• May be responsible for opening/closing the facility on weekdays or Saturdays.
