Job summary

PROCESS TECHNOLOGY is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler Supervisor in Mentor, OH. The role will train production staff to sustain a lean culture aligned with the company vision, and lead by example to improve safety, quality, delivery, and people initiatives.

It is a full-time exempt position in our Mayfield/Mentor area with cross-functional responsibilities. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and a background in electronics test equipment; ability to read schematics and

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Associates degree or equivalent in Electronics, course certification in Electronics, Military related electronics training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year testing equipment experience without continued education background.
• 2+ years experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, calibrators).
• Familiarity with power electronics is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret technical documentation; lift equipment up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate general assembly, wiring, finishing, and quality activities to meet delivery deadline.
• Reward or discipline team members as needed.
• Document and communicate quality issues found during manufacturing processes.
• Work with team members from various departments to resolve quality issues.
• Work closely with Materials, Quality, and Management to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
