Job summary

Kelvion is seeking an experienced manufacturing supervisor to prepare schedules and oversee daily production. You will interpret blueprints, allocate duties, and ensure timeliness and quality while coordinating with materials and maintenance teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in general management in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement. On-site work in Oklahoma is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of general management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Broad working experience in supply chain functions of planning, purchasing, inventory management and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules, assign work, and oversee the work.
• Requisition material to meet production goals.
• Interpret specifications and job orders to employees and assign duties.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Supervise 1-30 non-exempt employees and ensure safety and quality.
