Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an Assembly Supervisor to lead production teams, assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and train associates. The role collaborates with the management team to improve processes and ensure timely execution of manufacturing plans.

Candidates should read drawings, communicate in English, and maintain safety/quality standards in an ISO 9001 environment. US work authorization is required, with emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience as a shop supervisor or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications.
• Experience working in a safe ISO 9001 certified environment.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Able to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in electrical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes workflow.
• Plans, monitors, and appraises results; coaches and disciplines employees.
• Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring processes, equipment, and resources; drives cost reductions.
• Schedules and assigns personnel; reports progress and results.
• Maintains quality by enforcing production standards.
• Ensures operation of equipment; evaluates new methods and techniques.
• Maintains safe environment and compliance with ISO 9001.
