Job summary

Sanmina Corporation, a leading EMS provider, seeks a Manufacturing Team Lead to keep the production cell aligned with daily demand. You will train assembly staff, ensure safety and quality, and use MES, Google apps, and Excel to track parts and report production.

Responsibilities include staffing coordination, training, issue reporting, and lean/5S initiatives to sustain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams or projects.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous process improvement.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with others.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisors to manage and prioritize staffing to meet demand and schedules.
• Coordinate and deliver employee training ensuring procedures and quality requirements are followed.
• Use MES systems, Google apps, and Excel to track parts and report production.
• Report quality, process, equipment, materials, or labor issues to supervisor.
• Work with Technicians, Manufacturing Engineering, and Materials/Warehouse to resolve issues.
• Maintain standard work and complete lot acceptance activities.
