Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate potential problems in the department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Schedule workflows, train employees, troubleshoot machinery.
• Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance/engineering, and quality control to optimize teams and equipment.
• Lead a production team to meet and exceed targets related to People, Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Maintain training plans, performance appraisals, and regulatory compliance.
