Ralliant is seeking a Production Assembler to join our Fairport, NY team. You will set up and operate assembly equipment, rotate across cells, and help pack finished products for shipment while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role requires reading MSDS sheets and standard work instructions, at least 1 year in assembly or lean manufacturing, and the ability to use various hand and power tools. Training starts on A shift before moving to C shift.

Qualifikationen

• Must read and comprehend MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrates manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
• Able to use various hand and power tools and read measuring devices.
• Must be available to train on A shift prior to moving to C shift.

Aufgaben

• Sets up and operates assembly equipment including presses, staking, drills, welders, air drivers, riveters, and winders.
• Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Packs finished product for shipment and maintains a safe, clean work area.
• Participates in cell improvements and adheres to quality standards.
