Qualitrol in New York region is seeking a Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The role involves setting up and operating assembly equipment, rotating between cells, and packing finished products for shipment.

The candidate should have proficient English reading/writing, a minimum of 1 year in assembly/lean manufacturing, and be able to read MSDS sheets and work instructions. Training on A shift is required before moving to C shift.

Qualifications

• Require proficient English reading/writing and ability to read MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Must have manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools and read measuring devices.

Responsabilités

• Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
• Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Packs finished product for shipment.
• Maintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Actively participates in making and implementing cell improvements.
• Performs duties in accordance with established quality standards.
