Job summary

Ralliant in Fairport, NY is seeking a Production Assembly candidate for the A Shift to set up and operate various assembly equipment in a lean manufacturing environment. You will rotate through cells, pack finished products, and help maintain safety and quality standards while contributing to cell improvements.

This role requires basic English proficiency and at least 1 year of relevant experience; a High School Diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read and write proficient English and understand MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Good manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and read measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly equipment such as presses, staking, drill presses, welding machines, and winders.
• Rotate through work cells as directed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Pack finished product for shipment and maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Actively participate in cell improvements and uphold quality standards.
