Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have proficient English reading and writing skills.

• Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as presses, staking, drilling, welding, air drivers, riveters, and winders.
• Rotates in other work cells as directed by Supervisor.
• Packs finished product for shipment.
• Maintains a safe, clean work area and follows quality standards.
• Participates in cell improvements and continuous improvement efforts.
