Job summary

Ralliant in Fairport, NY is seeking an Assembler to join the C shift (10:30pm–7:00am). You will set up and operate assembly equipment, rotate through work cells, and package finished products. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment.

A high school diploma or GED, basic reading of MSDS and work instructions, and 1 year of assembly experience are preferred. Strong English reading/writing and manual dexterity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficient English reading and writing; able to read MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in assembly or lean manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
• Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Packages finished product for shipment.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment and participates in cell improvements.
• Performs duties in accordance with established quality standards.
