Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Richmond, VA is hiring Assembly Operator II to support manufacturing and assembly operations in a fast-paced environment. You will assemble products using engineering drawings, perform quality inspections, and maintain production records to ensure quality standards.

Two shifts are available: 1st shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM at $19.00/hr and 2nd shift 3:00 PM–11:30 PM at $23.00/hr. Weekly pay, benefits including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k), and a two-day New Employee

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and engineering documents.
Basic computer skills.
New hires must attend a 2 day New Employee Orientation beginning at 7:50 AM before reporting to their assigned shift.

Responsibilities

Assemble products following engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Perform quality inspections and testing.
