Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Richmond, VA is hiring Assembly Operator II to support manufacturing and assembly operations in a fast-paced environment. You will assemble products using engineering drawings, perform quality inspections, and maintain production records to ensure quality standards.

Two shifts are available: 1st shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM at $19.00/hr and 2nd shift 3:00 PM–11:30 PM at $23.00/hr. Weekly pay, benefits including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k), and a two-day New Employee

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and engineering documents.
• Basic computer skills.
• New hires must attend a 2 day New Employee Orientation beginning at 7:50 AM before reporting to their assigned shift.
