Job summary

Adecco Richmond is hiring a Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Richmond, VA. The role offers first or second shift options with a starting pay of $19.00/hour and a $3.00/hour differential for the second shift, plus strong benefits through Adecco.

You will assemble products from engineering documents, monitor quality, run Go/No-Go tests, log schedules, and support teammates in a safe, clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembling products using engineering documents and specifications.
• Ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time production.
• Operating computers to track schedules and job status.
• Performing Go/No-Go testing per procedures.
• Monitoring part quality throughout the assembly process.
• Assisting with training and supporting team members.
• Handling materials as needed.
• Reviewing and improving assembly methods for productivity and quality.
• Communicating effectively with engineering teams.
• Completing required paperwork, records, and documentation.
• Participating in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
• Following all safety rules and maintaining a clean work area.
