Job summary

Alfa Laval in Richmond, VA is hiring a production team member to assemble parts, monitor output quality, discard or remanufacture faulty items, and secure accurate daily production records.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, ability to read drawings and orders, intermediate computer skills, and strong teamwork and communication abilities; crane/forklift certs are a plus. Third shift available.

• Able to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders etc.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the assembly and value adding of parts.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
• Secure accurate daily assembly production records.
• Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.
