Alfa Laval in Richmond, VA seeks a third-shift assembly operator to build and value-add parts, monitor quality, and maintain accurate daily production records.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years in manufacturing, ability to read drawings/blueprints and manufacturing orders, and basic computer skills. Forklift or crane certification is a plus; base pay is $23.50/hr with $1.00 shift differential and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• Able to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the assembly and value adding of parts.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Secure accurate daily assembly production records.
• Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.
