Job summary

Ideal Tridon is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our Wesanco team in Smyrna, TN. You will perform repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly tools and read blueprints.

The role includes standing most of the shift, lifting up to 40 lbs, and maintaining quality through visual checks and calipers. The position offers Monday–Friday work schedule with 1st shift 7:00am–3:30pm and 2nd shift 3:00pm–11:30pm, with a $1.00 per hour differential on the second shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good dexterity to handle small parts.
• Accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly.
• Must stand for 95% of working hours.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift

1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm

2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Hourly Rate: $19.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd shift

• Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of related assembly experience.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and/or sitting and reaching with hands and arms.
• May occasionally drive forklifts and operate equipment.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
