Job summary

IDEAL TRIDON is seeking a capable assembler for our Springfield facility to perform repetitive assembly operations using assembly machines. Primary duties include quality checks on parts and recording production data on the production cards.

The role requires good dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. You will work Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with most tasks performed seated.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must pass Basic Skills Test as required by ISO.
  • Good dexterity to quickly handle small parts.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs on regular basis.
  • Ability to remain in sitting position more than 95% of working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.
  • Checks quality of parts visually and by the use of calipers as required by work order.
  • Records production time and parts produced on appropriate production card.
  • Reports any problems to the Assembly lead.

Job Summary

Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: 1st 7:00am - 3:30pm
Essential Functions Of Job
  • Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.
  • Checks quality of parts visually and by the use of calipers as required by work order.
  • Records production time and parts produced on appropriate production card.
  • Reports any problems to the Assembly lead.

Physical Demands And Work Environment
