IDEAL TRIDON in Springfield, MO is seeking an Assembly Operator to perform repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines. The role is full-time, first shift Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, pass the ISO Basic Skills Test, possess good dexterity and attention to detail, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed while remaining seated most of the day.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must pass Basic Skills Test as required by ISO.
  • Good dexterity to handle small parts and fast-paced work.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to remain seated more than 95% of working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.
  • Checks quality of parts visually and with calipers as required by work order.
  • Records production time and parts produced on the production card.
  • Reports any problems to the Assembly lead.

Job Summary:

Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 1st 7:00am - 3:30pm

Essential Functions of Job:

  • Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.
  • Checks quality of parts visually and by the use of calipers as required by work order.
  • Records production time and parts produced on appropriate production card.
  • Reports any problems to the Assembly lead.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass Basic Skills Test as required by ISO
  • Good dexterity to quickly handle small parts
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs on regular basis
  • Ability to remain in sitting position more than 95% of working hours.
