Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to interpret product blueprints preferred.
• Experience with measuring devices (calipers, gages, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components following work instructions, using microscopes, small hand tools, and fixtures as needed.
• Inspect your own work in accordance with quality standards.
• Conduct pull tests and measure components using calipers or other gages.
• Inspect products to specifications and complete all necessary operational paperwork to ensure traceability.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Read and interpret drawings for assembly and inspection tasks.
• Maintain general housekeeping and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to company and departmental policies, guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

• Proficient in reading and understanding written instructions in English
  
• Willingness to work overtime to support production goals
