About the Role:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble a variety of plastic and electrical components in a fast-paced production environment. Quality is a top priority, and strong attention to detail is essential to ensure products meet appearance, fit, and performance standards. Team members will also have the opportunity to cross-train and learn multiple assembly processes to support long-term growth and skill development.

Shifts & Pay:
• Day Shift: 6: 00 AM – 6: 00 PM | Monday– Friday | $16.50/hr.
• Night Shift: 6: 00 PM – 6: 00 AM | Monday– Friday | $18.00/hr.
• Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble plastic and electrical components according to work instructions.
• Perform visual and basic functional quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Identify and report defects such as missing parts, misalignment, or wiring issues.
• Ensure finished assemblies meet quality standards before moving to the next stage.
• Rotate between workstations and participate in cross-training opportunities.
• Follow production schedules, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements:
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple assembly areas.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
