Precision Fuzing and Sensors in Middletown, CT seeks a Team Leader, Assembly Operations to supervise and mentor the assembly team, maintain quality and process standards, and coordinate manpower with production scheduling.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of manufacturing methods and processes.
• Ability to read/interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Basic math skills and use of measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan manpower needs and fill deficiencies with supervision guidance.
• Monitor production process to ensure work orders and takt time compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, tool maintenance and process improvements.
• Lead and evaluate staff to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Prepare quotes and estimates as required.
