Qualifications

• Experience supervising quality teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000/AS9100 accreditation and quality systems.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and resource planning abilities.
• Experience driving lean processes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of the quality team or IPT.
• Plan, lead and supervise functions to support manufacture and delivery of products per requirements.
• Establish metrics for quality, schedule, cost, and lean improvements.
• Justify tooling upgrades and changes as needed for process optimization.
• Communicate across groups to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Plan manpower and scheduling to meet program objectives and budgets.
• Develop and revise assembly and production procedures.
• Provide performance feedback and training to staff; administer appraisals.
