Job summary

Sanmina is seeking an Assembly Manager to lead daily manufacturing execution across data center hardware assembly lines. You will align production priorities, labor, materials, and quality to deliver on commitments and drive performance improvements.

In this role, you will guide Supervisors, coordinate with Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain, and promote a zero‑incident safety culture while supporting continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead multiple assembly lines and shifts with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Experience turning production schedules into executable daily/weekly plans.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination across planning, quality, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Translate production schedules into daily and weekly production plans.
• Lead Assembly Supervisors and teams to meet safety, quality, output, and delivery goals.
• Review status, address deviations, and coordinate labor allocation across areas.
• Escalate risks and develop recovery actions with cross‑functional teams.
• Support ECOs, changes, and new product introductions in manufacturing.
