Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Process/Manufacturing/Assembly Engineer in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong expertise in mechanical assembly, fastening tech, and material handling.
• Hands-on with automated assembly equipment, PLCs, and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Process development and optimization for electro‑mechanical assemblies.
• Lead upgrades and integration of new assembly equipment and automation.
• Issue line balance improvements and reduce bottlenecks using Lean methods.
• Maintain workstation ergonomics and safety, and support PFMEA/ SOPs.
• Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analyses, and document fixes.
