Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to keep the assembly cell aligned with daily demand and schedules. You will train the team, enforce safety and quality, and use MES systems, Google apps, and Excel to track parts and report production.

Lead with hands-on assembly, prioritize staffing, and drive continuous improvement while sustaining lean manufacturing and 5S practices across the line.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams or projects.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement background.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisors to manage staffing and meet production schedules.
• Coordinate and deliver employee training to ensure procedures and quality.
• Use problem-solving to maintain stable cell operations.
• Report quality, process, equipment, or labor issues to leadership.
• Work with technicians, manufacturing engineering, and materials teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain standard work and complete lot acceptance activities.
• Update production metrics and communicate with the team regularly.
• Support lean initiatives and 5S in coordination with supervision.
• Assemble products as part of the production team and follow policies.
• Follow documented processes and complete required regulatory documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for efficient manufacturing.
