You will hire, train, and motivate staff to deliver finished goods, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to manufacturing team, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee training.

• Promote safety and maintain clean, organized production areas.
• Coordinate with planning and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee quality control and address issues with the QC team.
