SPX Technologies is opening a new campus facility featuring Marley and Ingenia Technologies businesses. We seek a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead OlympusMAX coil production, improve processes, and drive cost reductions on the shop floor.

You will partner with operations, engineering, and maintenance to ensure world-class safety, quality, delivery and cost performance while building a robust QMS and supporting startup activities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or related technical environments.
• Fin-and-tube heat exchanger design fundamentals. Experience with coil or heat exchanger fabrication.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership for OlympusMAX coil manufacturing operations on campus.
• Lead process development, continuous improvement, and equipment optimization on the production floor.
• Partner with operators, technicians, quality, maintenance, supply chain and engineering to ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.
• Develop and sustain an ISO 9001 compliant Quality Management System (QMS) and support plant startup activities.
