Job summary

JCB North America is seeking an Operations Manager - Assembly in Pooler, GA to lead all assembly manufacturing activities on the 2nd shift, drive SQDCM objectives, and ensure safe, cost-effective production of world‑class equipment.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams to plan, execute, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, while developing leaders and sustaining a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience leading large production teams in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all assembly operations to achieve SQDCM objectives.
• Maintain schedules while ensuring quality standards and customer requirements.
• Develop strategies to support growth, capacity, and productivity.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality.
