Job summary

JCB North America is seeking an Onsite Manufacturing Supervisor in Pooler, GA to support and develop the manufacturing/assembly teams, including a leadership layer of team leaders and up to fifty team members. You will manage planning, organizing and staffing to meet production targets while upholding safety and quality metrics.

Ideal candidates bring five years of manufacturing experience, plus three years in leadership, and demonstrate strong communication, organization and problem-solving

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Five years of manufacturing experience.
• Three years in a leadership role.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests where required by law.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop the entire manufacturing or assembly team including leadership of team leaders and members.
• Manage all aspects of Assembly/Manufacturing including planning, organizing, and staffing.
• Meet production requirements while achieving Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
