Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage safety, training and regulatory compliance on the shop floor.
• Experience in delivering formal and informal training on production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve safety on the shop floor.
• Determine processing needs to assure fixtures, tooling and methods meet schedules.
• Coordinate workload, priorities and sequence with production management.
• Determine overtime needs and allocate resources; enforce discipline when needed.
• Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, ISO/CQMS initiatives; train staff.
