• Coordinate priorities and ensure delivery of customer orders with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Assembly Department and guide assembly personnel.
• Review production priorities, schedules, and due dates and assign work.
• Coordinate personnel assignments to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor work in process and address issues affecting quality or delivery.
• Communicate status and issues to management as needed.
• Take ownership of department performance and results.
• Lead by example with high standards for productivity and quality.
• Train new and existing employees on processes and safety.
• Provide ongoing coaching and technical support to staff.
• Identify training needs and improve skills and efficiency.
