Job summary

Generant, based in Butler, NJ, is seeking an Assembly Manager to lead the Assembly Department and ensure ISO 9001 compliance with strong coordination of production schedules, workflow, and inventory to deliver quality products on time.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will supervise assembly staff, partner with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service, and monitor KPIs like safety, quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use CAD tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Assembly Department to ensure on-time production.
• Coordinate production schedules and manage workflow and inventory.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
