Job summary

Advantage Technical in Beverly, MA is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead daily assembly operations, drive schedule attainment, and develop team members in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment.

You will supervise up to 20 employees, coordinate staffing, mentor in Lean practices, use ERP/MRP systems, and ensure safety and quality standards while pursuing continuous improvement. This is a direct hire role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership or supervision.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and shop floor production processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• IPC-610, J-STD, IPC-620 certification or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly operations to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop up to 20 employees including group leads.
• Improve productivity, quality, workflow, and lead times.
• Coordinate staffing and work assignments to maximize performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and manufacturing standards.
