Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Machine Operator/Assembly to join our 2nd Shift Manufacturing team at our Solon, OH facility. 2nd shift hours are from 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

This position is responsible for:

1. Operating assigned line equipment efficiently while maintaining production quality standards.
2. Performing minor adjustments, setups, and changeovers.
3. Loading, cleaning, and operating various filling and packaging equipment.
4. Tracking production and assisting other line teams when needed.
5. Participating in our SAFETY PROGRAM.

Pay Rate: $17-$18 depending on experience and skill set, plus a $.50 shift premium for 2nd shift.

What we require of you:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).
• At least 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• PLEASE NOTE: Our new hire orientations are held on the first and third Monday of each month from 8 am to 5 pm. All new hires must attend orientation before starting their role, regardless of shift.
