Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a Manufacturing & Operations leader to supervise daily assembly department activities, align production plans with shipping schedules, and drive continuous improvement.

You will train associates, oversee changeovers, ensure quality and safety, and accurately document end-of-shift information while collaborating with engineering, quality and management. This role emphasizes leadership, reliability and process control.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly process experience.
• Prior leadership or training experience.
• Knowledge of quality systems and process controls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily assembly department operations.
• Establish production plan that relates to shipping times.
• Communicate and execute all change overs with General Associates and Finished Goods.
• Ensure end of shift information is accurate and recorded.
• Train and assist associates on procedures and work instructions.
• Complete required production quality and assist in troubleshooting issues.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
