Job summary

You will audit process controls, ensure safety, support changeovers, and help meet production goals with attention to quality and documentation. The role requires a high school diploma and at least five years in manufacturing, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, good reading and math skills, and reliable, hands-on

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated leadership skills required.
• Five (5) years manufacturing experience with preference in equipment assembly or high-speed equipment operation.
• Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports.
• Basic math skills.
• Sufficient Manual dexterity to operate machines properly.
• Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines, and visually inspect parts products.
• Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing and walking.
• Physical strength sufficient to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Audit/verify process control documents for completion and accuracy.
• Enforce all organizational initiatives, to include safety and quality policies.
• Coordinate training activities and audit effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot process issues as a means of mitigating downtime.
• Ensure production areas are safe, neat, clean, and well organized.
• Coordinate changeover activities and audit for accuracy and accountability purposes.
