Job summary

• Prior leadership or training experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily assembly department operations.
• Establish production plan that relates to the actual shipping times.
• Communicate and execute all change overs with General Associates and Finished Goods (FGA).
• All end of shift information is accurate and recorded.
• Train and assist associates on departmental procedures and work instructions.
• Complete required production quality and assist in troubleshooting process issues.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
