Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree with experience requirements varying by degree level.
• Automotive background with high-volume assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to manage engineers and multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policy and ensure safe practices.
• Develop and track budgets to support business operations.
• Monitor projects for safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Develop staff and coordinate 5S activities with PE department.
• Lead cross-functional teams toward strategic objectives and continuous improvement.
