Job summary

Astemo Ltd. Berea Plant is seeking a production supervisor/manager to execute production strategies and tactical plans. You will collaborate with the leadership team to set priorities, support production supervisors and frontline staff, and act as a strategic partner with other departments.

Expect independent judgment within guidelines and a hands-on role in daily operations. The position emphasizes driving continuous improvement, safety adherence, and data-driven reporting to support budgeting

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience and 1-3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between department leadership, staff and production team.
• Drove continuous improvement and standard work procedures.
• Coordinates efforts to achieve efficiency and KPIs.
• Enforces safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversees task delegation and supervises department personnel.
• Prepares data mining, analysis and reporting for leadership.
