Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a Production Assembly Supervisor to move components accurately through the plant, lead the floor in production flow, and ensure timely processes.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and adherence to established procedures to sustain production quality and efficiency. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, planning, and shipping to prioritize material movement, manage MO quantities, and generate daily progress and cycle reports while maintaining WIP

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and on-the-job experience acceptable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on process sustainment and data accuracy.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing environments and adherence to standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production components through the shop floor and departments with status updates to production teams.
• Attend department meetings, manage actions and conduct follow-ups with owners.
• Cross-functionally support engineering, quality, planning, shipping, receiving and other departments.
