Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in mechanical/electromechanical assembly in manufacturing.
• Experience leading a production team and coordinating daily work.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs and translate to shop floor actions.
• Familiarity with torque tooling and measurement equipment.
• Proven problem-solving and on-floor troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly operations and ensure on-time, complete builds.
• Balance station workload, assign labor, and prioritize orders.
• Track throughput, quality, and delivery metrics daily.
• Maintain tools, fixtures, and test equipment; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with CNC, sheet metal, welding, and coating teams.
