Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Production Assembly Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely component moves through the plant, leading production flow with strong communication and process discipline.

You will coordinate shop floor components, attend department meetings, work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, planning, and shipping, and manage material movement, inventory, and MES/ERP reconciliation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience in a discrete process environment.
• Strong data analysis and process-sustainment skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to drive improvements.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production components through the shop floor and provide status to production teams.
• Attend department meetings and follow up on actions.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, planning, shipping and other departments.
• Assist in prioritizing and reconciling component quantities and assemblies.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, bar code, and labeling equipment.
• Provide daily progress, transaction, cycle count and MO reports.
