Job summary

Quality Archery Designs in Madison Heights, VA is seeking an Assembly and Packaging team member for an entry-level position on our production floor. You will follow detailed work instructions to assemble and package archery components, lift up to 50 lbs, and help meet daily targets while upholding safety and quality.

As an Assembler on our production team, you’ll play a vital role in crafting high‑quality, performance‑driven products that archers around the world rely on.

Responsibilities

• Assemble & Package: Follow detailed work instructions to assemble, inspect and package archery components.
• Meet Production Goals: Achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Hands-On Work: Lift and maneuver parts and bins, operate basic hand tools, and work safely and efficiently on the production floor.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for minor process improvements and communicate feedback with your team.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized workstation that complies with all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Entry-Level Talent: No previous manufacturing experience required—just a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Small Parts Assembly: Previous experience assembling small parts is a plus.
• Physical Ability: Ability to independently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow step-by-step processes accurately while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Team Player: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
