Job summary

Quality Archery Designs (QAD) in Madison Heights VA is seeking a full-time CNC Mill Machinist with 5+ years of CNC setup or programming experience on HAAS and FANUC controls. You will lead setups, perform changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and help improve machine performance to produce top-quality parts.

Responsibilities include guiding CNC operators, routine maintenance, and maintaining safe, efficient work areas. Requires ability to read blueprints, read calipers/micrometers, and lift 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience of CNC set ups and/or programming.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret mechanical blueprints.
• Proficient with digital calipers, micrometers, depth gauges and similar tools.
• Able to lift and move up to 70 lbs. independently.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative work ethic.
• Experience with FANUC controls is a plus.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.

Location: Madison Heights, VA (On‑site)
Type: Full‑Time, All Shifts
Pay: $21.00–30.00/hr

QAD is searching for full time CNC Mill Machinists (HAAS and FANUC) to join our growing team. At QAD, machinists are the go‑to persons for setups, programming, and overall machine improvements. They ensure that the machines are running at their maximum capacity so that top quality parts are produced.

• First, second, or third shift opportunities with shift pay differentials
• Weekends and holidays as needed
• Overtime available
