Job summary

Easton Technical Products, a world leader in archery equipment manufacturing, seeks 1st Shift Production Associates in Monticello, Indiana. You will contribute to manufacturing high-quality arrows and accessories across multiple production departments.

The role offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour with a 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days. Training provided and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Punctuality and excellent attendance are essential.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours per day).
• Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Installing vanes, nocks, and points on arrows.
• Packaging arrows and accessories into final packaging.
• Inspecting products and work orders for quality and defects.
• Tracking materials and products for inventory purposes.
• Completing hourly production documentation and work order information.
• Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Performing other duties as needed, including packaging and hand assembly.

We currently have immediate openings for 1st Shift Production Associatesin our manufacturing facility in Monticello, Indiana. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple production departments to help manufacture high-quality archery arrows and accessories.

What We Offer

• Starting wage of $16.00 per hour
• 4-day workweek – Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 80 hours of vacation annually (2 weeks per year, accrued)
• 40 hours of sick time annually (1 week per year, accrued)

What You Will Be Doing
