Adecco is hiring Assemblers to join a premier manufacturing team in Columbia City, IN. This role offers a stable, hands-on environment with a Monday-Thursday 6:45 AM-4:30 PM shift and four 10-hour days, ensuring a long weekend.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and paid leave options. Responsibilities include wiring harness assembly, reading drawings, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Prior wiring harness assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using wire crimpers, wire strippers, and other hand tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.

Adecco is hiring Assemblers to join a premier manufacturing team in Columbia City, IN! This is a great opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work.

Pay: Starting at $18.00 hourly

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:45 AM-4:30 PM. This is four 10 hour days, giving you a 3 day weekend, every weekend!

Pay Details

$18.00 per hour
